We are an independent company based in Bude in Cornwall providing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), Home Buyers Condition Surveys, and Home Condition Reports to the South West. We aim to deliver a professional, fast and reliable service to individual home sellers, private landlords and industry professionals.

We are a member of SAVA (Surveyors and Valuer's Accreditation) who regulate Home Inspectors and residential property surveyors who carry out the Home buyers Condition Survey, Home condition report and Energy performance certificates. SAVA is a Government approved regulator of Home Inspectors and all its surveyors have Diplomas in Home Inspection and Energy assessment as well as clearing a full Criminal Records Bureau check.
